Our 2-Year Graduate Programme is a structured development journey designed to help you build capability, accelerate your growth, and make a meaningful impact from day one. The programme is divided into two distinct phases, with a formal development and progression review at the end of Phase 1 to support your transition into Phase 2. 

Phase 1: Foundation & Development (Months 1–12): 
You will integrate into your team, build technical and professional expertise, and gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Throughout this phase, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and receive regular feedback to help you achieve your development goals. A formal progression review will take place towards the end of Phase 1 to assess your readiness for the next stage of the programme.

Phase 2: Ownership & Impact (Months 13–24): 
Upon successfully achieving your Phase 1 development objectives, you will progress to Phase 2, where you will take on greater responsibility, work more independently, and expand your contribution to strategic projects and business priorities. This phase is designed to further develop your expertise, confidence, and professional impact as you prepare for the next step in your career.
