TERMS AND CONDITIONS “Birds of Paradise Mini Helmet Card Raffle” (the “Terms”)

1. Organiser and Scope

1. The promotion “Birds of Paradise Mini Helmet Card Raffle” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Audi Motorsport AG, Wildbachstrasse 9, 8340 Hinwil, Switzerland (“Audi Motorsport AG” or the “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is linked to the “Mini Helmets Card” (the “Card”), which is automatically awarded and recorded in the background when the Qualifying Engagement described in these Terms is successfully completed via:

3. By participating in the Promotion, a person (the “Participant”) confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
4. These Terms apply in addition to the applicable terms of use for the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform and the Privacy Policy of Audi Motorsport AG (the “Privacy Policy”). In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail solely in relation to this Promotion.
5. Additional conditions may apply to individual challenges, rewards, experiences or prize draws. Such additional conditions will be made available before the relevant participation action.

2. Promotion Period

6. The Prize Draw will take place from 3 October 2026 at 08:00 CEST (UTC+2) until and including 14 October 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST (UTC+2) (the “Promotion Period”).
7. Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period. The Qualifying Engagement (as defined below) and the separate raffle-entry steps, including acceptance of these Terms, must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period. Entries completed or received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
8. The time recorded by the Organiser’s technical systems will determine whether an activity or entry was completed within the Promotion Period.
9. The Organiser may extend the Promotion Period where reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, legal or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any extension will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1® Team channel.

3. Eligibility

10. Eligible to participate in the Promotion are natural persons who, at the time of entry:

a. are at least 18 years old;

b. are resident in a country or jurisdiction where the conduct of this Promotion and receipt of the Prize is legal;

c. have a valid AUDI ID for an Audi Revolut F1® Team account registered using accurate, complete and current personal information;

d. have a valid email address associated with their AUDI ID for their Audi Revolut F1® Team account; and

e. are not otherwise excluded under these Terms or applicable law.

11. Employees, officers and directors of Audi Motorsport AG, AUDI AG and their affiliated companies, as well as employees, officers and directors of any agencies or service providers directly involved in organising or administering the Promotion, are excluded from participation. Their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are also excluded.
12. The Organiser may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence, account ownership or any other eligibility requirement before confirming a Participant as the Winner.

4. Participation and Procedure

13. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and not linked to any purchase. Participants shall bear only the ordinary internet, mobile, equipment and connectivity costs associated with their participation.
14. Participation is possible via the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform, by scanning the relevant QR code or by following another official Audi Revolut F1® Team link to the Promotion.
15. To qualify for the Promotion, Participants must complete the following engagement during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Engagement”):

Participants must answer the multiple-choice question displayed on the Promotion landing page and subsequently claim the corresponding “Mini Helmets” digital Card by completing the required claim step. By completing this step, the Participant must also accept these Terms.

16. Upon successful completion of the Qualifying Engagement, the “Mini Helmets” Card will be automatically awarded and recorded in the Participant’s profile. No separate claim, acceptance or confirmation of the Card is required. Where the Participant is logged in using their AUDI ID for their Audi Revolut F1® Team account, the Card will automatically be associated with that AUDI ID.
17. Participants who are not logged in when completing the Qualifying Engagement must register for or log in with an AUDI ID for an Audi Revolut F1® Team account using correct and complete personal data. Where technically required, this must be completed within the same user journey and before the end of the Promotion Period so that the automatically awarded Card can be permanently associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID.
18. The automatic award or collection of the Card does not, by itself, constitute entry into the Promotion. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, the Participant must access the Promotion page at:

participate in the Card engagement and expressly accept the connected Terms while logged in with the AUDI ID to which the Card is associated.

19. Registration for an AUDI ID, completion of the Qualifying Engagement or automatic receipt of the Card alone does not constitute entry into the Promotion and does not create any entitlement to the Prize or any other prize or benefit.

A valid entry is created only once all of the following have been completed during the Promotion Period:

i. completion of the Qualifying Engagement;

ii. automatic allocation of the Card to the Participant’s AUDI ID; and

iii. the Participant’s separate confirmation of participation in the Promotion and acceptance of these Terms in accordance with Clause 18.

20. Each Participant may take part in the Promotion only once and may receive a maximum of one raffle entry, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
21. The Organiser’s technical records will be used to determine whether the Qualifying Engagement was completed, the Card was automatically allocated and the separate entry to the Promotion, including acceptance of these Terms, was successfully submitted. The Organiser may correct or reject an entry where any of these requirements was recorded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, misuse or manipulation.
22. Entries that are incomplete, received outside the Promotion Period or submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
23. The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, incorrectly recorded or not received due to a technical failure outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.
24. Participation by other means, including via sweepstake services, automated mass participation procedures, bots, scripts, multiple or false accounts, coordinated participation networks or other manipulative or unfair means or unauthorised technical methods, is prohibited.
25. Where the Organiser reasonably believes that a Participant has breached these Terms or applicable law, it may:

a. invalidate the Participant’s entry;

b. exclude the Participant from the Promotion;

c. withhold or withdraw the Prize;

d. recover a Prize that has already been awarded; and/or

e. take any other appropriate legal or operational action.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, the Organiser will inform the affected Participant of the reason for the decision.

26. Consent to receive marketing communications is separate and voluntary and is not a condition of entry. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not affect participation in the Promotion or the chance of winning.

5. Determination of Winners and Prizes

27. During the Promotion Period, one (1) Prize will be raffled among all Participants who have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.
28. The Winner will receive one (1) of two Audi Revolut F1® Team Mini Helmets, featuring the helmet design of either Audi Revolut F1® Team driver Gabriel Bortoleto or Nico Hülkenberg, personally signed by the respective driver.

The Mini Helmet is a collectible display item. The approximate retail value of the Prize is CHF 1,000.

The Prize is subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute individual items with items of equivalent or greater value where reasonably necessary (the “Prize”, and the winner of the Prize, the “Winner”).

29. The Prize Draw will be conducted at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries.
30. The Prize Draw will take place on or around 14 October 2026 and will be conducted by the Organiser or an agency or service provider commissioned by the Organiser using a fair and documented random-selection process.
31. The Organiser may verify the Winner’s identity, age, place of residence, account ownership and eligibility before confirming the Prize.

6. Notification of Winners

32. Winners will be notified by the Organiser or an agency commissioned by the Organiser using the email address stored in their AUDI ID for their Audi Revolut F1® Team account from 15 October 2026 onwards.
33. The Prize is awarded only if the Winner confirms receipt of the notification and provides any reasonably required information within 48 hours.
34. If a Winner does not respond by the claim deadline, declines the Prize, cannot be reached, provides incomplete or incorrect information, is found to be ineligible or otherwise cannot accept the Prize, the Prize shall lapse. The Organiser may, but is not obliged to, re-raffle the Prize or award it to a reserve winner.
35. The Organiser is not responsible where a Winner notification is not received because the email address associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID is incorrect, incomplete or no longer active, or because the notification is blocked, filtered or not reviewed in time.
36. Failure by the Winner to use any element of the Prize will not entitle them to compensation, replacement, reimbursement or an alternative prize.

7. Prize Conditions

37. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details. There will be no forwarding or replacement of a Prize where delivery fails because a Winner provided incorrect or incomplete information.
38. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Organiser will bear the standard delivery costs directly associated with delivering a physical Prize.

Subject to applicable law, the Winner is responsible for any personal taxes, declarations, customs duties or similar obligations arising from the receipt or use of the Prize. This does not affect any mandatory withholding, reporting, payment or other obligations of the Organiser under applicable law.

The Winner must provide any information and cooperation reasonably required for the Organiser to comply with such obligations.

39. Prizes shown in promotional materials may differ from the actual Prize. Where reasonably necessary, the Organiser reserves the right to provide an equivalent item or benefit of comparable type, quality and value.
40. Prizes and rights thereto are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
41. Prizes may not be sold, auctioned, advertised for sale or used for commercial or promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

42. Participation in the Promotion requires registration for or use of an AUDI ID for an Audi Revolut F1® Team account. The Organiser may process Participants’ personal data to operate the Promotion and in connection with the AUDI ID for the Audi F1® account.
43. Personal data may also be processed and shared with commissioned agencies and shipping providers for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and delivering the Prize.
44. By completing registration of the AUDI ID for the Audi F1® account, the Participant may consent to receiving personalised advertising communications from the Organiser, Audi AG, Auto-Union-Str. 1, 85057 Ingolstadt, Germany (“Audi”), and their partners listed at https://www.audif1.com/partners via the contact details provided during account registration.

As a result, personal data may be shared with and processed by Audi and/or its partners.

45. By participating in the Qualifying Engagement, the Participant may consent to receiving personalised advertising communications. As a result, personal data may be shared with and processed in accordance with the relevant Privacy Policy.
46. Further information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy of Audi Motorsport AG, Audi and their partners.

9. Liability

47. Save in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory strict product liability, breach of an express guarantee or breach of essential contractual obligations by the Organiser, any liability of the Organiser, its employees, officers, directors or agents, or its affiliates, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be excluded to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
48. Any liability of the Organiser for a negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, i.e. an obligation which permits the proper performance of the contract and on which Participants are entitled to rely, shall be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded. The Organiser assumes no liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Miscellaneous

49. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent permitted by law, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
50. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms or modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion, including the Prize, where reasonably necessary due to technical failure, fraud, manipulation, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any action taken must be proportionate to the relevant circumstances. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1® Team channel and, where reasonably possible, will not adversely affect entries that were validly submitted before the change.

51. Where these Prize Draw Terms are made available in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in the event of an inconsistency, subject to mandatory law.
52. Swiss law shall apply to these Terms, the Promotion and the Participant’s participation therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules applicable in the Participant’s country of residence.
53. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, the competent courts at the registered office of Audi Motorsport AG in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in connection with these Terms, the Promotion and the Participant’s participation therein.

11. Third-Party and Social Media Disclaimer

54. Where the Promotion is promoted through a social media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
55. The Promotion is organised by Audi Motorsport AG. Audi Motorsport AG is responsible for the overall organisation and administration of the Promotion, including the conduct of the Promotion, winner selection and prize fulfilment.

Audi Motorsport AG may engage affiliated companies, agencies, service providers and other partners to support the operation and administration of the Promotion on its behalf. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, such third parties do not act as organisers or co-promoters of the Promotion.

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any other entity unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
