TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Paulaner Pro Card Raffle”
(the “Terms”)
1. Organiser and Scope
1.1 The promotion “Win an exclusive Audi Revolut F1® Team Singapore Special race suit” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Audi Motorsport AG, Wildbachstrasse 9, 8340 Hinwil, Switzerland (“Audi Motorsport AG” or the “Organiser”).
1.2 The Promotion is linked to the “Paulaner Pro Card”, which is automatically awarded and recorded following the Qualifying Engagement on the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform.
1.3 The Promotion is accessible via the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform and the following official page:

1.4 Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Terms, the applicable terms and conditions of the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform and the privacy policy of Audi Motorsport AG.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion starts on 7 October 2026 at 08:00 CEST (UTC+2) and ends on 14 October 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST (UTC+2) (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participation is open to persons who:
- are at least 18 years old;
- are resident in a country where participation in the Promotion and receipt of the Prize is legally permitted;
- have a valid AUDI ID for an Audi Revolut F1® Team account;
- provide accurate and up-to-date personal information;
- have a valid email address; and
- are not otherwise excluded from participation under these Terms.
3.2 Employees, officers and directors of Audi Motorsport AG, AUDI AG and their affiliated companies, as well as agencies and service providers directly involved in the organisation or implementation of the Promotion, are excluded from participation.
3.3 Immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons referred to in Section 3.2 are also excluded.
3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.
4. Participation / Procedure
4.1 Participation is voluntary and free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
4.2 Participation takes place via the Audi Revolut F1® Team platform, a QR code or an official link provided by the Organiser.
4.3 To participate, the participant must complete the Qualifying Engagement, which consists of answering a multiple-choice question and claiming the “Paulaner Pro” digital Card while accepting the applicable terms and conditions.
4.4 The Card will be automatically awarded following completion of the Qualifying Engagement.
4.5 Participants who are not logged in must register for or log in to an Audi Revolut F1® Team account using a valid AUDI ID.
4.6 The award of the digital Card alone does not constitute a valid entry into the Prize Draw. A valid entry requires:
- completion of the Qualifying Engagement;
- automatic allocation of the Card;
- separate confirmation of participation; and
- acceptance of these Terms.
4.7 Each participant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry.
4.8 The Organiser’s technical records shall be decisive in determining the time and validity of an entry.
4.9 Incomplete, late or entries submitted on behalf of another person are invalid.
4.10 The Organiser shall not be liable for technical failures, interruptions, transmission errors or other technical problems affecting participation.
4.11 The use of bots, scripts, multiple or fake accounts, automated participation or other manipulative methods is prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate entries, exclude participants and withhold or recover the Prize in the event of suspected or confirmed misuse.
4.12 Any consent to receive marketing communications is separate from participation in the Promotion and is voluntary.
5. Determination of Winner and Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5.2 The Prize consists of:
One (1) official replica Special Race Suit from the Singapore Grand Prix weekend, with an approximate value of CHF 640.
5.3 The draw will take place on or around 14 October 2026.
5.4 The Organiser or an appointed agency will conduct the draw using a fair and documented random selection process.
5.5 The selected participant will be subject to an eligibility verification before being confirmed as the winner.
6. Notification of Winner
6.1 The selected winner will be contacted by email from 15 October 2026 using the email address associated with their AUDI ID.
6.2 The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide any information reasonably required for Prize fulfilment within 48 hours of notification.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within the specified period, declines the Prize, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, the Prize will lapse.
6.4 In such circumstances, the Organiser may conduct a new draw or select an alternative winner.
6.5 The Organiser is not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected email delivery.
6.6 No compensation will be provided for unused or unclaimed elements of the Prize.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1 The winner must provide accurate delivery details and any other information required to fulfil the Prize.
7.2 The Organiser will cover standard delivery costs.
7.3 The winner is responsible for any personal taxes, declarations, customs duties or other charges that may apply in connection with the Prize.
7.4 Images of the Prize used for promotional purposes may differ from the actual Prize.
7.5 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equivalent value if the advertised Prize is unavailable.
7.6 The Prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.
7.7 The Prize may not be resold, auctioned or used for commercial or promotional purposes.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data will be processed to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, manage participation and fulfil the Prize.
8.2 Personal data may be shared with service providers and agencies involved in administering the Promotion, including Prize fulfilment and shipping providers, as well as with Paulaner where necessary for the administration of the Promotion.
8.3 Where the participant has provided marketing consent in connection with their AUDI ID, personal data may also be processed by Audi and its partners for marketing purposes in accordance with the applicable consent.
8.4 The Qualifying Engagement may involve personalised marketing communications from Paulaner, subject to the applicable consent and privacy information.
8.5 Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of Audi Motorsport AG.
9. Liability
9.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9.2 The Organiser shall not be responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, transmission errors, delays, loss of data or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9.3 The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, provided that such amendments do not materially disadvantage participants.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.3 The laws applicable at the registered office of the Organiser shall apply, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the participant’s country of residence.
10.4 The Organiser’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion and the selection of the winner shall be final, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-Party and Social-Media Disclaimer
11.1 Where the Promotion is communicated through social media platforms, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the relevant social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
11.2 The Promotion is organised and administered solely by Audi Motorsport AG.
11.3 Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA is a promotional partner supporting the promotion.
11.4 Paulaner is not the organiser or administrator of the Promotion and is not responsible for its administration, the selection of the winner or the fulfilment of the Prize, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
