TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “Audi Revolut F1 Team: 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix Prize Draw”
1 Organiser and Scope
1.1 The Audi Revolut F1 Team 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by Audi Motorsport AG, Wildbachstrasse 9, 8340 Hinwil, Switzerland (“Audi Motorsport AG” or the “Organiser”).
1.2 These terms and conditions (the “Prize Draw Terms”) govern registration for, usership of and participation in the Prize Draw, including the collection of points, cards or other digital status indicators, participation in challenges, access to rewards and entry into Prize Draw.
1.3 By registering for or participating in the Prize Draw, a person (“Participant”) confirms to have read and accepted these Prize Draw Terms and to meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
1.4 These Prize Draw Terms apply in addition to the applicable terms of use for the Audi Revolut F1 Team platform [https://www.audif1.com/en/app/terms-of-service] and the Audi Motorsport AG privacy policy [https://www.audif1.com/en/app/privacy-policy]. In the event of a conflict, these Prize Draw Terms shall prevail only in relation to the Prize Draw.
1.5 Additional conditions may apply to individual challenges, rewards, experiences or prize draws. Those additional conditions will be made available before the relevant participation action.
2 Promotion Period
2.1 The Prize Draw will take place from 28.09.2026 at 00:00 CEST (UTC+2) until and including 14.10.2026 at 23:59:59 (CEST (UTC+2) (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 Participation in the Prize Draw is only possible during the Promotion Period. All participation steps must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period. Entries completed or received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
2.3 The time recorded by the Organiser’s technical systems will determine whether an entry was completed within the Promotion Period.
2.4 The Organiser may extend the Promotion Period where reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, legal or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any extension will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1 Team channel.
3 Eligibility
3.1 Eligible to participate in the Prize Draw are natural persons who, at the time of entry:
a) are at least 18 years old;
b) who are residents of a country or state where the conduction of this Prize Draw and the receival of the Prize is legal;
c) have a valid AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account registered using accurate, complete and current personal information;
d) have a valid email address associated with their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account;
e) are legally permitted to enter the United States of America and travel to Las Vegas, Nevada
f) are available to travel and attend the Prize experience on the required dates; and
g) are not otherwise excluded under these Prize Draw Terms or applicable law.
3.2 Employees, officers and directors of Audi Motorsport AG, AUDI AG and their affiliated companies and of any agencies and service providers directly involved in organising or administering the Prize Draw, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are excluded from participation.
3.3 The Organiser may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence, account ownership, travel eligibility or any other eligibility requirement before confirming a Participant as the Winner.
4 Participation / Procedure
4.1 Participation is voluntary and free of charge and not linked to any purchase. Participants shall bear only the ordinary internet, mobile, equipment and connectivity costs associated with their participation.
4.2 To participate, an eligible Participant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) access the [Road to Vegas Card] through https://www.audif1.com/unlock-singapore;
b) register for or log in with their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account;
c) accept these Prize Draw Terms, including the requirements for the associated engagement activities and cards;
d) successfully complete any final confirmation step shown on the Prize Draw page.
4.3 For a higher chance to win complete the following activities ("Qualifying Engagements"):

4.4 Once a Participant has joined the Prize Draw, Qualifying Engagements may be recorded and the corresponding cards may be awarded automatically through the Audi Revolut F1 Team digital platform. Separate acceptance or entry confirmation may be required for each individual card.
4.5 Registration for an AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account, joining the engagement journey or receiving an individual card does not by itself constitute a valid entry into the Prize Draw and does not create any entitlement to the Prize or any other prize or benefit. A valid entry to the Prize Draw is created only after all of the following have been completed during the Promotion Period: Participant has (i) joined the Prize Draw, (ii) accepted these Prize Draw Terms, and (iii) completed any other mandatory steps specified in clause 4.2. For clarity, completing a Qualifying Engagement does not as such constitute a valid entry.
4.6 Each Participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Prize Draw by completing the steps set out in Clauses 4.2a) through c). Each Participant may receive an additional maximum of one (1) additional entry per Qualifying Engagement card received by completing the Qualifying Engagements, with each Qualifying Engagement card representing a maximum of one (1) additional entry per Participant.
4.7 The Organiser’s technical records will be used to determine whether a Participant joined the Prize Draw and the completion steps specified in clause 4.2 and, if applicable, successfully completed the Qualifying Engagement. The Organiser may correct or reject an entry where any of these requirements was recorded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, misuse or manipulation.
4.8 Entries that are incomplete, received outside the Promotion Period, or submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
4.9 The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, incorrectly recorded or not received due to a technical failure outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.
4.10 Participation by other means, including via sweepstake services, automated mass-participation procedures, bots, scripts, multiple or false accounts, coordinated participation networks or other manipulative or unfair means or unauthorised technical methods, is prohibited.
4.11 Where the Organiser reasonably believes that a Participant has breached these Prize Draw Terms or applicable law, it may:
a) invalidate the Participant’s entry;
b) exclude the Participant from the Prize Draw;
c) withhold or withdraw the Prize;
d) recover a Prize that has already been awarded; and/or
e) take any other appropriate legal or operational action.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, the Organiser will inform the affected Participant of the reason for the decision.
4.12 Consent to receive marketing communications is separate and voluntary and is not a condition of entry. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not affect participation in the Prize Draw or the chance of winning.
5 Grand Prize
5.1 One Winner will receive a Grand Prize for the Winner and one guest comprising:
› two “three day Paddock Club tickets” for the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix at the Las Vegas Street Circuit from 20- 22nd of November 2026 (the “Event“);
› access to Paddock Club Facilities of the Audi Revolut F1 Team and respected areas of the team during activities around the Grand Prix race weekend, team restricted areas can only be access with the relevant host/team member if circumstances allow the team therefore the team reserves the right to refuse access;
› return economy-class air travel for the Winner and one guest from the major international airport nearest to the Winner’s permanent place of residence, as reasonably determined and approved by the Organiser (the “Departure Airport”), to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Las Vegas, and back to the Departure Airport;
› three nights’ accommodation for the Winner and one guest, sharing one standard room at a hotel in Las Vegas selected by the Organiser, with the exact hotel and check-in/check-out dates to be determined by the Organiser based on the confirmed travel itinerary and Event schedule;
› airport transfers for the Winner and one guest between Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and the selected hotel on arrival and departure;
› an Audi Revolut F1 Team experience, which may include a garage tour, Pit Lane Walk and/or access to selected paddock or team areas, subject at all times to availability, accreditation, safety and security requirements, team schedules and operational circumstances;
› Audi Revolut F1 Team offical team merchandise distributet to the winner at the race weekend;
› the opportunity to participate in promotional and content capture activities organised by the Organiser before, during and after the Event in relation to the Prize Draw, the Prize, the Event and/or the Audi Revolut F1 Team, including photography, video and social media content;
› any other element expressly confirmed in writing by the Organiser.
Together, these elements constitute the “Prize” and the winner of the Prize is herein referred to as the “Winner“.
5.2 The approximate retail value of the Prize is approx. 40’000 CHF. The actual value may vary depending on the Winner’s place of departure, travel dates, availability and supplier pricing.
5.3 The Prize only includes those items expressly stated in clause 5.1. Any other activties or expenses are excluded, including but not limited to:
a) transport to or from the selected departure airport;
b) additional baggage, seat reservations or airline upgrades;
c) additional hotel rooms, room upgrades or extended stays;
d) additional charges at the hotel not included in the room price;
e) passports, visas or other travel documentation;
f) travel, health or cancellation insurance;
g) vaccinations, medical tests or health documentation;
h) meals, beverages or transfers not expressly listed in clause 5.1;
i) transportation at the Event’s destination unrelated to the Event;
j) personal activities at the Event’s destination;
k) taxes, duties, tips or service charges;
l) any other personal or incidental expenses; and/or
m) any costs, expenses, or services not explicitly stated in clause 5.1, howsoever arising.
5.4 The Prize is personal to the Winner and guest. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5.5 The Prize may not be sold, auctioned, advertised for sale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose.
5.6 The Winner and guest must travel together, use the same travel itinerary and attend the Event on the dates specified by the Organiser.
5.7 The Winner may nominate one guest who:
› is at least 18 years old;
› can legally travel to and enter the United States and the city of Las Vegas in Nevada;
a) is available on the required dates;
b) agrees to comply with these Prize Draw Terms and all applicable supplier and Event conditions; and
c) has agreed to be nominated and to accompany the Winner.
5.8 The Winner must, within the deadline specified by the Organiser:
a) provide the Organiser with the guest’s full name, contact details and any identification, travel or other information reasonably required to organise and fulfil the Prize;
b) ensure that all information provided is complete, accurate and up to date;
c) inform the guest that their personal data will be provided to and processed by the Organiser and relevant suppliers for the administration and fulfilment of the Prize; and
d) ensure that the guest is provided with or directed to the applicable Privacy Policy.
5.9 Images, descriptions and promotional representations of the Prize are illustrative. The exact hotel, carrier, ticket category, itinerary, experiences and other Prize elements are subject to availability and final confirmation.
5.10 Where required due to legal reasons or reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, the Organiser may substitute the Prize or an element of the Prize with an alternative of comparable value.
5.11 Subject to applicable law, the Winner is responsible for any personal taxes, declarations, customs duties or similar obligations arising from the receipt or use of the Prize. This does not affect any mandatory withholding, reporting, payment or other obligations of the Organiser under applicable law. The Winner must provide any information and cooperation reasonably required for the Organiser to comply with such obligations.
6 Winner selection
6.1 The Winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid and eligible entries received. For clarity, (i) each Participant may only particpate in the Prize Draw once, (ii) the Participant's entry according to clause 4.2a) through e) and Qualifying Engagement cards each count as one (1) entry, and (iii) each type of Qualifying Engagement is only counted once.
6.2 The draw will take place around the date of the 15.10.2026 and will be conducted by Audi Motorsport AG or an authorised service provider using a fair and documented random-selection process.
6.3 The Organiser may, but is not obliged to, select one or more reserve winners at the same time. Reserve winners, if any, will be contacted in the order in which they were drawn if the initial Winner does not successfully claim the Prize.
6.4 The Organiser may verify the Winner’s and, if applicable, the reserve winners’ identity, age, place of residence, account ownership and eligibility before confirming the Prize.
6.5 Each Participant may win no more than one Prize under this Prize Draw.
7 Winner notification, verification and acceptance
7.1 The Winner will be notified by the Organiser using the email address associated with their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account during the week commencing 12 October 2026.
7.2 The Winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent and must provide all reasonably requested information, including:
a) full legal name;
b) date of birth;
c) residential address and country of residence;
d) a copy of a valid identity document or passport;
› confirmation of availability and travel eligibility;
› completed “get to know you” questionnaire;
e) the guest’s full details and supporting documents; and
f) any information required for flights, accommodation, tickets, Audi Revolut F1 Team as well as F1 accreditation, compliance checks or Prize fulfilment.
7.3 A Participant will not be confirmed as the Winner until the Organiser has received all requested information (including but not limited to the information listed in clause 7.2) and completed all required eligibility, identity, compliance and travel checks.
7.4 If the Winner:
a) cannot be contacted;
b) fails to respond within the stated deadline;
c) fails to provide the requested information;
d) is found to be ineligible;
› declines the Prize;
› cannot travel to or attend the Event;
› is unwilling to participate in any publicity related to the Prize Draw, the Prize, the Event and/or the Audi Revolut F1 Team, where such participation forms part of the Prize and is a condition of accepting and receiving the Prize pursuant to clause 10.2; or
e) otherwise fails to comply with these Prize Draw Terms;
the Prize will lapse for that Participant and the Organiser may contact a reserve winner, if any.
7.5 The Organiser is not responsible where a Winner notification is not received because the email address associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account is incorrect, incomplete or no longer active, or because the notification was blocked, filtered or not reviewed in time.
7.6 Failure by the Winner or guest to use any element of the Prize will not entitle them to compensation, replacement, reimbursement or an alternative prize.
8 Travel and accommodation conditions
8.1 Flights, accommodation, transfers and other travel arrangements will be selected and booked by the Organiser or its authorised travel provider.
8.2 The Winner and guest may not make their own bookings and request reimbursement unless the Organiser has expressly agreed to this in writing in advance.
8.3 Travel dates, airports, carriers, flight times, routes, hotel, room category and transfers are subject to availability and will be determined by the Organiser.
8.4 Any requested upgrade, extension, deviation or change to the travel arrangements is:
a) subject to supplier availability and approval;
b) not guaranteed; and
c) entirely at the Winner’s cost.
8.5 The Winner and guest are responsible for:
a) obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas and entry permits;
b) complying with immigration, customs, health and entry requirements;
c) checking applicable travel advice;
d) obtaining adequate travel and health insurance; and
e) being present at the required departure points and times.
8.6 The Organiser does not guarantee that a visa, travel authorisation, accreditation or other permit will be issued. Failure to obtain the necessary documentation will result in the Prize lapsing without compensation.
8.7 If the Winner or guest misses a flight, transfer, Event activity or other booked service due to their own act or omission, the Organiser is not required to arrange or pay for an alternative.
8.8 The Winner must inform the Organiser promptly of any accessibility requirements. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements but cannot guarantee that every Prize element can be adapted.
9 Event, ticket and experience conditions
9.1 The Winner and guest must comply with all conditions imposed by the Event organiser, rights holder, circuit, ticket issuer, hospitality provider, carrier, hotel, security provider and other Prize suppliers.
9.2 Tickets and credentials may be nominative and may be subject to identity and accreditation checks. They may not be resold, transferred, copied, altered or used by any person other than the authorised ticket holder.
9.3 Unauthorised resale or attempted resale may result in the tickets being cancelled and the Winner, guest and unauthorized ticket holder respectively, being refused admission without compensation.
9.4 Event schedules, access arrangements, seating, hospitality services, entertainment and other Prize elements may be modified at any time by the relevant Event organiser or supplier.
9.5 Unless expressly included in clause 5.1, the Prize does not guarantee:
a) access to the paddock, garage, pit lane or team operational areas;
b) access to drivers, team principals or other personnel;
c) a meet-and-greet, photograph or autograph opportunity; or
d) participation in any particular activity or experience.
9.6 Any team or Event experience is subject to operational, sporting, safety, security, confidentiality and scheduling requirements. It may be cancelled or changed at short notice.
9.7 The Winner and guest may be required to sign reasonable accreditation, safety, confidentiality, participation or image-use documentation before receiving tickets or taking part in an experience.
9.8 Motor racing events involve inherent risks. The Winner and guest must follow all safety instructions and remain responsible for their own conduct at the Event.
9.9 If the Event is postponed, relocated, restricted or cancelled, the Organiser may, subject to mandatory law, at its discretion:
a) rearrange the affected Prize element;
b) provide a reasonable alternative;
c) substitute the affected element with something of comparable value; or
d) withdraw an element that cannot reasonably be replaced.
9.10 Any refund received from an Event or travel supplier belongs to the Organiser as the original purchaser. The Winner has no independent right to a cash refund from a supplier.
10 Publicity and content
10.1 The Organiser may invite the Winner and guest to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and Prize. Participation in such publicity is voluntary unless a specific content activity is expressly included as part of the Prize and disclosed before acceptance.
10.2 As a condition of accepting and receiving the Prize, the Winner hereby agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities directly related to the Prize Draw, the Prize, the Event and/or the Audi Revolut F1 Team. The Winner grants the Organiser and its designated partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to record and use the Winner’s name, image, voice and likeness for such purposes in the Organiser’s digital channels, social media, press materials and internal and external communications for a period of 24 month following the award of the Prize. Any such use must be proportionate, must not materially misrepresent the Winner and remains subject to applicable law. If necessary pursuant to applicable law, the Organiser may require the Winner to sign a separate image-use or media consent reflecting these conditions.
10.3 The guest’s participation in the Prize may be conditional upon the guest separately agreeing to reasonable promotional activities directly related to the Prize Draw, the Prize, the Event and/or the Audi Revolut F1 Team and signing any image-use or media consent reasonably required by the Organiser. The Winner may not provide such consent on behalf of the guest. If the proposed guest does not agree, the Winner may be required to nominate another eligible guest within the deadline specified by the Organiser.
11 Data protection
11.1 Participation in the Promotion requires registration for or use of an AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account. The Organiser may process the Participants’ personal data to operate the Promotion as well as in relation with the AUDI ID for Audi F1 account.
11.2 By completing registration of the AUDI ID for Audi F1 account, the Participant may accept to receive personalized advertising communication from the organizer, Audi AG, Auto-Union-Str. 1, 85057 Ingolstadt, Germany ("Audi"), and their partners listed here https://www.audif1.com/partners via the contact details provided during the Participant’s account registration. As a result, personal data may be shared with and processed by Audi and/or the partners.
11.3 Personal data may also be processed and shared with the Event organiser and the Formula One World Championship Ltd. as well as commissioned agencies, airlines, hotels, shipping providers and any other involved third parties for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and delivering the Prize.
11.4 Further information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy of Audi Motorsport AG, of Audi and their partners.
12 Liability
12.1 Save in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory strict product liability, the breach of an express guarantee or of essential contractual obligations by the Organiser, any liability of the Organiser, of the Organiser's employees, officers, directors or agents, or its affiliates, whether in contract tort or otherwise, shall be excluded to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable law.
12.2 Any liability of the Organiser for a negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, i.e. an obligation which permits the proper performance of the contract and on which the Participants are entitled to rely, shall be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded and the Organiser assumes no liabiltiy for any indirect or consequential damages.
12.3 The Winner and guest remain responsible for their personal conduct, health, safety, travel documents, insurance and compliance with all applicable laws, the Event’s applicable terms and conditions and any other supplier conditions.
13 Miscellaneous
13.1 Should individual provisions of these Prize Draw Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent permitted by law, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
13.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Prize Draw Terms or modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw (incl. the Prize) where reasonably necessary due to technical failure, fraud, manipulation, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns or other circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control. Any action taken must be proportionate to the relevant circumstances. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1 Team channel and, where reasonably possible, will not adversely affect entries that were validly submitted before the change.
13.3 Where these Prize Draw Terms are made available in more than one language, the English Version shall prevail in the event of an inconsistency, subject to mandatory law.
13.4 Swiss law shall apply to these Price Draw Terms, the Prize and Participant's particiation therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules applicable in the Participant’s country of residence.
13.5 Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, the competent courts at the registered office of Audi Motorsport AG in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in connection with these Price Draw Terms, the Prize Draw and Participant's particiation therein.
14 Third-party and social-media disclaimer
14.1 Where the Prize Draw is promoted through a social-media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
14.2 The Prize Draw is organised solely by Audi Motorsport AG and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any other Event-related entity unless expressly stated otherwise.
