We very much look forward to welcoming you to Berlin.
The shuttle for the dedicated afternoon media session will depart at 12:30 PM from the Grand Hyatt Berlin. Please make sure to arrive at the hotel in good time. While early check-in won’t be available, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with the reception team or bring it along to the venue.
There will be time between the media session and the evening launch event to return to the hotel, check in, and refresh.
If you prefer to travel directly to the venue, please plan to arrive by 1:00 PM for media check-in.
Our on-site team will be available throughout the event to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

- Is parking at the hotel available?
Yes. On-site parking is available at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. - Are pictures allowed?
Yes! Photos are welcome during the event. Please note that pictures and videos will be taken at all events and may be used for internal and external purposes. - Are meals provided?
Yes, all meals and snacks during the event are included. Please share any dietary restrictions via the RSVP link.
- Is there a shuttle available if I want to leave the media session earlier?
Yes, return shuttles to the hotel will run continuously during the media session.
- Is there an option to work at the location between media session and evening program?
Yes, working stations are provided on-site including high-speed Wi-Fi, simply let the staff onsite know.
- Is there a dress code for the event?
Yes, the dress code is smart casual. - Is parking at Kraftwerk available?
There is public and street parking in the surrounding area. Given the central location, we encourage guests to use our shuttles between Hyatt and Kraftwerk; however, public transportation is available.
- I didn’t receive a 1:1 interview. Can one be arranged on site?
Given the volume of requests, we have allocated time to ensure everyone has access to at least one individual. Additional or ad hoc slots cannot be accommodated.
- Will there be opportunities for interviews during the evening event?
No. Media engagements with key personnel are limited to the scheduled afternoon slot.
- Where can I find my interview schedule?
Interview schedules were distributed prior to the event. If you have not received yours, please reach out to your designated contact.
- Can I livestream the event on my channel?
Livestreams on individual social media channels are subject to the embargo. Broadcasters are welcome to use the official livestream provided by the team. For access to a broadcast line, please contact Audi Revolut F1 Team.
- Will photo and video support be available if I’m unable to capture my own content?
Yes. Additional content creators will be available on site. They will be introduced at the beginning of the event and can support you as needed.
