TERMS AND CONDITIONS “Revolut Card Raffle” (the “Terms”)
1. Organiser and scope
1.1 The promotion “Win an exclusive titanium card with the official card design of the Audi Revolut F1® Team” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Audi Motorsport AG, Wildbachstrasse 9, 8340 Hinwil, Switzerland (“Audi Motorsport AG” or the “Organiser”).
1.2 The Promotion is linked to the Qualifiying Engagement “Revolut Titanium Card” (the “Card”), a digital card that records the completion of the Qualifying Engagement. The Card is automatically awarded and recorded in the background when the Qualifying Engagement described in these Terms is successfully completed through the https://www.audif1.com/unlock-singapore/revolut-titanium.
1.3 By participating in the Promotion, a person (“Participant“) confirms to have read and accepted these Terms and to meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
1.4 These Terms apply in addition to the applicable terms of use for the Audi Revolut F1 Team platform Official Team Site | Audi Revolut F1® Team and the Audi Motorsport AG privacy policy; (the ”Privacy Policy”). In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail only in relation to this Promotion.
1.5 The receipt of the Prize by the winning Participant is subject to the opening of a Revolut account by the Participant in accordance with the applicable country specific Revolut personal account terms (incl. account, fees and card eligibility requirements), which account terms shall prevail in matters regarding the Revolut account. The Organiser will bear no responsibility or liability in respect of any matters regarding the Revolut account, for which Revolut shall be solely responsible.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Prize draw will take place from 5.10.2026 at 14:00 CEST (UTC+2) until and including 14.10.2026 at 23:59:59 (CEST (UTC+2) (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period. The Qualifying Engagement and the separate raffle-entry steps, including acceptance of these Terms, must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period. Entries completed or received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
2.3 The time recorded by the Organiser’s technical systems will determine whether an activity or entry was completed within the Promotion Period.
2.4 The Organiser may extend the Promotion Period where reasonably necessary due to technical, operational, legal or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any extension will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1 Team channel.
3. Eligibilty
3.1 Eligible to participate in the Promotion are natural persons who, at the time of entry:
› are at least 18 years old;
› who do not have an account with Revolut Bank UK Ltd or a respective affiliate;
› who are resident of Austria, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom;
› have a valid AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account registered using accurate, complete and current personal information;
› have a valid email address associated with their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account; and
› are not otherwise excluded under these Terms or applicable law.
3.2 Employees, officers and directors of Audi Motorsport AG, AUDI AG and their affiliated companies and of any agencies or service providers directly involved in organising or administering the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are excluded from participation.
3.3 The Organiser may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence, account ownership, or any other eligibility requirement before confirming a Participant as the Winner.
4. Participation / Procedure
4.1 Participation is voluntary, free of charge and not linked to any purchase. Participants shall bear only the ordinary internet, mobile, equipment and connectivity costs associated with their participation.
4.2 Participation is possible via the Audi Revolut F1 Team platform or by scanning the relevant QR code or following another official Audi Revolut F1 Team link to the Promotion.
4.3 To qualify for the Promotion, Participants must complete the following engagement during the Promotion Period (the "Qualifying Engagement"): To qualify for the Promotion, Participants must during the Promotion Period participate in the Hotspot Module displayed on the Promotion landing page and subsequently claim the corresponding “Revolut Titanium Card” digital Card (the "Card") by completing the required claim step. By completing this step, the Participant must also accept the connected terms.
4.4 Upon successful completion of the Qualifying Engagement, the Card will be automatically awarded and recorded in the Participant’s profile. No separate claim, acceptance or confirmation of the Card is required. Where the Participant is logged in using their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account, the Card will automatically be associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account.
4.5 Participants who are not logged in when completing the Qualifiying Engagement must register for or log in with an AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account using correct and complete personal data. Where technically required, this must be completed within the same user journey and before the end of the Promotion Period so that the automatically awarded Card can be permanently associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account.
4.6 The automatic award or collection of the Card does not by itself constitute entry into the Promotion. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, the Participant must access the Promotion page at https://www.audif1.com/unlock-singapore/revolut-titanium, participate in the card engagement and expressly accept the connected Terms while logged in with the AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account to which the Card is associated.
4.7 Registration for an Audi ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account, completion of the Qualifying Engagement or automatic receipt of the Card alone does not constitute entry into the Promotion and does not create any entitlement to the Prize or any other prize or benefit. A valid entry to the Promotion is created only after all of the following have been completed during the Promotion Period: (i) completion of the Qualifying Engagement, (ii) automatic allocation of the Card to the Participant’s AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account, and (iii) the Participant’s separate confirmation of the participation in the Promotion and acceptance of these Terms in accordance with clause 4.6.
4.8 Each Participant may take part in the Promotion only once and may receive a maximum of one raffle entry, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
4.9 The Organiser’s technical records will be used to determine whether the Qualifying Engagement was completed, the Card was automatically allocated and the separate entry to the Promotion, including acceptance of these Terms, was successfully submitted. The Organiser may correct or reject an entry where any of these requirements was recorded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction, misuse or manipulation.
4.10 Entries that are incomplete, received outside the Promotion Period, or submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
4.11 The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, incorrectly recorded or not received due to a technical failure outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.
4.12 Participation by other means, including via sweepstake services, automated mass participation procedures, bots, scripts, multiple or false accounts, coordinated participation networks or other manipulative or unfair means or unauthorised technical methods, is prohibited.
4.13 Where the Organiser reasonably believes that a Participant has breached these Terms or applicable law, it may:
a) invalidate the Participant’s entry;
b) exclude the Participant from the Promotion;
c) withhold or withdraw the Prize;
d) recover a Prize that has already been awarded; and/or
e) take any other appropriate legal or operational action.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, the Organiser will inform the affected Participant of the reason for the decision.
4.14 Consent to receive marketing communications is separate and voluntary and is not a condition of entry. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not affect participation in the Promotion or the chance of winning.
5. Determination of Winners and Prizes
5.1 During the Promotion Period, two (2) Prizes will be raffled among all Participants who have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Revolut titanium card with the official card design of the Audi Revolut F1® Team, with an approximate value of CHF 120 per card (each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”, and the winner of a Prize, the “Winner”). Each Winner may receive a maximum of one Prize.
5.3 The Prize draw will be conducted at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries.
5.4 The Prize draw will take place on or around 14.10.2026 and will be conducted by the Organiser or an agency or service provider commissioned by the Organiser using a fair and documented random-selection process.
5.5 The Organiser may verify the Winner’s identity, age, place of residence, account ownership and eligibility before confirming the Prize.
6. Notification of Winners
6.1 Winners will be notified by the Organiser or an agency commissioned by the Organiser using the email address stored in their AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account from 15.10.2026 onwards.
6.2 The Prize is awarded only if the Winner confirms receipt of the notification and provides any reasonably required information within 48 hours.
6.3 If a Winner does not respond by the claim deadline, declines the Prize, cannot be reached, provides incomplete or incorrect information, is found to be ineligible or otherwise cannot accept the Prize, the Prize shall lapse and Organizer may, but is not obliged to, re-raffle or award the Prize to a reserve winner.
6.4 The Organiser is not responsible where a Winner notification is not received because the email address associated with the Participant’s AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account is incorrect, incomplete or no longer active, or because the notification is blocked, filtered or not reviewed in time.
6.5 Failure by the Winner to use any element of the Prize will not entitle him/her to compensation, replacement, reimbursement or an alternative prize.
6.6 In order to receive and use the Prize, the Winner must create an eligible Revolut account in accordance with the Revolut personal account terms and provide the relevant RevTag associated with that account. Audi Motorsport AG will provide the Winner’s required details, including the RevTag, to Revolut Bank UK Ltd solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Revolut Bank UK Ltd will then arrange the allocation and/or delivery of the Prize directly to the Winner and link the Prize to the relevant Revolut account where applicable.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1 Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details. There will be no forwarding or replacement of a Prize where delivery fails because a Winner provided incorrect or incomplete information.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Revolut Bank UK Ltd will arrange and bear the standard costs directly associated with the fulfilment and delivery of the Prize. Subject to applicable law, the Winner is responsible for any personal taxes, declarations, customs duties or similar obligations arising from the receipt or use of the Prize. This does not affect any mandatory withholding, reporting, payment or other obligations of the Organiser under applicable law. The Winner must provide any information and cooperation reasonably required for the Organiser to comply with such obligations.
7.3 Prizes shown in promotional materials may differ from the actual Prize. Where reasonably necessary, the Organiser reserves the right to provide an equivalent item or benefit of comparable type, quality and value.
7.4 Prizes and rights thereto are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
7.5 Prizes may not be sold, auctioned, advertised for sale or used for commercial or promotional purposes.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Participation in the Promotion requires registration for or use of an AUDI ID for Audi Revolut F1 Team account. The Organiser may process the Participants’ personal data to operate the Promotion as well as in relation with the AUDI ID for Audi F1 account.
8.2 Personal data may be processed and shared with commissioned agencies and service providers where necessary to administer the Promotion. In relation to a confirmed Winner, Audi Motorsport AG may share the Winner’s name, email address, RevTag and any other information reasonably required for the Prizes’ fulfilment with Revolut Bank UK Ltd. which may process such data for the purpose of allocating, linking and/or delivering the Prize to the Winner in accordance with its applicable privacy policy.
8.3 By completing registration of the AUDI ID for Audi F1 account, the Participant may accept to receive personalized advertising communication from the organizer, Audi AG, Auto-Union-Str. 1, 85057 Ingolstadt, Germany ("Audi"), and their partners listed here https://www.audif1.com/partners via the contact details provided during the Participant’s account registration. As a result, personal data may be shared with and processed by Audi and/or the partners.
8.4 By participating in the Qualifying Engagement, the Participant may accept to receive personalised advertising communication from Revolut (Revolut Bank UK Ltd.). As a result, personal data may be shared with and processed by Revolut according to its relevant privacy policy.
8.5 Further information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy of Audi Motorsport AG, of Audi and their partners.
9. Liability
9.1 Save in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory strict product liability, the breach of an express guarantee or of essential contractual obligations by the Organiser, any liability of the Organiser, of the Organiser's employees, officers, directors or agents, or its affiliates, whether in contract tort or otherwise, shall be excluded to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable law.
9.2 Any liability of the Organiser for a negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, i.e. an obligation which permits the proper performance of the contract and on which the Participants are entitled to rely, shall be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage at the time the contract was concluded and the Organiser assumes no liabiltiy for any indirect or consequential damages.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent permitted by law, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
10.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms or modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion (incl. the Prize) where reasonably necessary due to technical failure, fraud, manipulation, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns or other circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control. Any action taken must be proportionate to the relevant circumstances. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate official Audi Revolut F1 Team channel and, where reasonably possible, will not adversely affect entries that were validly submitted before the change.
10.3 Where these Terms are made available in more than one language, the English Version shall prevail in the event of an inconsistency, subject to mandatory law.
10.4 Swiss law shall apply to these Terms, the Promotion and Participant's particiation therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules applicable in the Participant’s country of residence.
10.5 Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, the competent courts at the registered office of Audi Motorsport AG in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in connection with these Terms, the Promotion and Particiapant's particiation therein.
11. Third-party and social-media disclaimer
11.1 Where the Promotion is promoted through a social-media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
11.2 The Promotion is organised and administered solely by Audi Motorsport AG. Revolut Bank UK Ltd acts solely as a promotional partner of the Promotion and may promote the Promotion through its own channels and/or relevant touchpoints. Revolut Bank UK Ltd is not the organiser or administrator of the Promotion and is not responsible for its operation, administration or Winner selection. Audi Motorsport AG is solely responsible for selecting the Winners in accordance with these Terms. Revolut Bank UK Ltd is responsible only for the fulfilment and distribution of the Prize to the Winners selected by Audi Motorsport AG, based on the winner information provided by Audi Motorsport AG for that purpose, including the relevant RevTag where required. Prize fulfilment requires the Winner to create an eligible Revolut account.
11.3 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any other third party.
