GP von Miami 2026: Rückschläge im Sprint, Reaktion im Qualifying.

Audi Revolut F1® Team erlebt einen anspruchsvollen Samstag mit technischen Ausfällen im Sprint und eingeschränkter Vorbereitung im Qualifying. Die Ausgangslage für das Rennen bleibt offen.

Fokus neu ausgerichtet

Der Samstag unterbrach den geplanten Ablauf früh. Nico Hülkenberg konnte den Sprint nach einem technischen Problem in der Installationsrunde nicht aufnehmen. Parallel dazu nutzte Gabriel die Startphase konsequent und kam als Elfter ins Ziel, verlor das Ergebnis jedoch durch eine nachträgliche Disqualifikation.

Zwischen den Sessions verschob sich der Fokus auf die Einsatzfähigkeit beider Rennwagen. An Hülkenbergs Fahrzeug wurden Power Unit und Getriebe gewechselt. Die Crew stellte das Paket rechtzeitig bereit, wodurch eine strukturierte Qualifying-Session möglich wurde. Mit Rang elf verpasste er Q3 knapp und sicherte eine Ausgangsposition im direkten Umfeld der Punkte.

Bei Gabriel verzögerte ein Getriebewechsel die Vorbereitung. Das Team brachte den Rennwagen in den letzten Minuten auf die Strecke, bevor ein Bremsproblem die entscheidenden Runden begrenzte. Startplatz 22 ergibt sich aus dieser Abfolge, nicht aus der grundsätzlichen Pace.

Der Tag verlangte schnelle Entscheidungen und saubere Abläufe unter Druck. Diese Basis trägt in den Sonntag. Audi Revolut F1® Team richtet den Blick nach vorn – mit klarer Priorität auf Umsetzung und der Möglichkeit, im Rennen Positionen zu gewinnen.

Nicos Auto hat auf dem Weg zur Startaufstellung ein technisches Problem entwickelt. Es handelt sich um ein betriebliches Problem, das das Team nun untersuchen wird.

Nach der technischen Nachkontrolle nach dem Sprint wurde festgestellt, dass Rennwagen #5 nicht den technischen Vorschriften entspricht...

... und vom Sprintrennen disqualifiziert wurde. Das Team erkennt die Entscheidung der Stewards an und wird eine interne Untersuchung durchführen, um die Ursache zu klären und eine Wiederholung zu verhindern.
