We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.

Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.

The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Independent execution of project procurement as well as development of procurement and sourcing strategies
  • Systematic negotiation of procurement scopes considering costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Active supplier management and continuous development of the existing network
  • Operational processing from requests for quotation to ordering and deadline monitoring
  • Interface coordination between suppliers, engineering, project management, and production
  • Support in supplier selection through potential analyses and audits
  • Alignment of quality assurance agreements and communication of specifications and requirements
  • Execution of inspections and process audits directly at the supplier's site
  • Processing of deviation reports and support with complex supplier part issues
  • Execution of supplier evaluations through KPI reporting and benchmarking

Your profile

  • Completed technical or commercial basic training with solid experience in technical purchasing
  • Further training as a purchasing specialist (with federal certificate) or a completed bachelor's degree
  • Strong technical understanding and sound analytical skills
  • Distinct problem-solving competence (e.g., 8D methodology)
  • High level of assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Experience in coordination between quality, design, and production
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working in a project environment
  • Competence in supplier development
  • Proficient German and English language skills
